Nice to know the universal ski patrol dislike of the "how could the accident have been prevented question" is nationwide. One of my crew missed almost all of last season with an injury that occurred in a cross fit contest, and of course he got to be the hut queen, who got to wear the "holy" Tiara as an incentive to avoid off season injuries. I've done patrol for 40 + years and everyone gets dinged sooner or later, good luck with your rehab and recovery. Keep making the videos, it lets me know that we all share the love of skiing.

Yeah, I always feel a little silly asking that question although the answers can be interesting sometimes... Wow that sounds like quite a serious cross fit injury! More than forty years on Patrol? Where do you Ski Patrol at? Thank you for your thoughts and input, it's great to hear from other Patrollers.

one of our ski patroler's uses one. He had his knee replaced and skiing is to hard on his knee. He enjoys powder and tree bike skiing.
