I'm autistic and I get very overwhelmed on a daily basis by noise, events, people in general. When I listen to this, it really calms me down and puts me in a semi trance state where I feel so relaxed. I've been listening to it for a couple of days and it helps so much. Thanks for uploading

Everything horrible that you are watching is serving a much greater purpose. Prior to the chaos most people were fast asleep having no idea that all of the criminality we are witnessing, especially in governments, was happening right under their noses. Now a great many people are awake and more wake up every day. We are also learning the truth of who we are. We are learning that we are divinity, that we are eternal, but most of all that we have to power to save ourselves. No one is coming to save us. Christ is an Ascended Master He CANNOT come back. We are here learn and grow and to become Spiritual Masters ourselves and ascend too. Did Christ not say "You will do greater things than I?" There is a free pdf of something called The Christ Letters, very few know about it because few are ready for it. It is similar to A Course in Miracles but so much better. It is however not for the faint of heart as you are taught to look deep into your own soul, to take control over your ego, and to learn to truly love yourself and everyone unconditionally. It is an extremely painful experience but I cannot tell you how incredibly worthwhile it is! I cried so much I thought I'd drown in my tears and I contemplated suicide over and over again but now that I am through it I am a changed person and I would do it over and over again if I had to. I love who I've become. I see what others do not. I do not need God to forgive those who harmed me for me I can easily forgive them myself because I can clearly see their suffering. They truly knew not what they did. If you want to find true peace of heart google The Christ Letters I promise after you've gone through the most intense dark night of the soul you'll never be unhappy or in fear again. ❤

Think about this, if we do not see bad how will we learn to appreciate good, and without sad, haw will we learn to cherish love?
