Im a decent pilot and I can tell you some of our best matchups are True draco, and pend magicians, pretty decent vs thunder dragons and sky strikers, and strangely the decks it struggles the most with is other control decks so you kind of have to side for them.

Also with max in the game it’s worth running one copy of the big level 7/8 musket monster, cz you can special him from deck with max and then go in to BLS link with protection

I've been running 2 copies of DRNM lately imo it's good on a go second deck and not as much on a going first. If you're running going first muskets, it's better having 3 copies in the side.

I've done a lot of playtest with Evil Mind in my going 2nd Magical Musketeer deck and they never bricked. I like playing 2 Evil Mind, 1 or 2 Evil Hero Aduster Gold and one Dark Calling plus the New Evil Hero fusion in my Extra Deck. You make it with either a Dead Nibiru in hand or a Pankratops. It's really a thing

Watching this later, I really think Ghost Belle is exceptionally underated this format. Especially in this deck. TD is the worst matchup in this format, being big and locks caspar is stupid. Belle on Hawk is absolutely turn ending for them, so you can start to mass advantage and deal with TD fusion, aloof lupine, etc.

I played the best cards available. Going first or going second builds suck. There are times when your opponent establishes a board and you can't Utopia them. There are times when you need a free effect to gain advantage. And it never matters what you banish off desires.

Magical Musketeer, of course it’s anti-meta because it stops anything your opponent does, and through thorough tests, the deck it has quite a bit of problems against is Guardragon

I wrecked a guardragon deck at locals with crooked crown! It blocks the opposite collum to where you special summon your monster and it can stop the whole combo, special summoned in response to the summon of agrapain to the collum it and elpy were pointing too 😂

Your list is bad because of the double or nothing. Also hand traps work well with the deck in order to help cripple your opponent. Because if you only have 3-4 interruptions all being musket cards then they can play around that. If you run hand traps it makes them have to work more to do anything allowing you to capitalize on the decks weakness with the musket cards
