Your vibration is where you last left it,
So if you lie in your bed worrying about a situation before you go to sleep, when you wake up you will pick up where your thoughts or vibration left off the night before and then your thoughts about the day will get off on that negative footing, law of attraction will then bring other thoughts like that thoughts, - creates that reality-

Here is a powerful shortcut loa method you can do
Before bed to start receiving your manifestations faster.
I want you to imagine your brain has 2 ropes attached to it, at the end of each rope is a potential reality you are creating, one is a positive aspects rope, where you are choosing to offer good feeling thoughts to your life situations, people and yourself- and pulling in solutions, change, manifestations.
Then you have the negative aspects of the rope, where you are offering bad feeling thoughts to your situation, to people and towards yourself- which then pulls in more challenges, more pain and more of what you don’t want.
But if you make an effort before going to sleep to identity some of the positive aspects about your day- wake up and look for reasons to feel good- you will align your vibration to receiving more good-
How to apply positive aspects at bedtime: This is according to Abraham hicks and Iv added a twist that has helped me. Use the comment section as a notebook to practice this with me.
Step 1: Once in bed try to recall in your mind some of the most pleasant things that happened during the day,
You may have to ponder for a while and you may remember the less than pleasant things happened but stick to your intention of finding something pleasing.
So lets do that now, pause and Comment below: what is 1 pleasing thing that happened today, dig to find at least 1 and more will come to mind.
Step 2: Ask what was my favorite part about that what did I love about that- till you feel good-pause and comment- 2 thing you loved about that moment and tell me if you are beginning to feel good, type “feeling good” - if you like the vibes of this video so far please hit the like button.
Step 3: then focus on your dominant intention for your life by accepting it as being done.
To be clear, comment below what is your dominant intention for your life right now, il try to bless them as I read them! :)
Step 4: turn your attention to the immediate things around you like the comfort of your bed, softness of the pillow, the good in the moment, then softly set forth the intention that I will sleep well, I will wake up feeling good with more positives things to give my attention to, and then off to sleep you go.
Step 5: When you wake up, rather than worrying about the problems of the world or thinking about things you have to do today, lie in bed and look for the positive aspects of the moment- like the run rays, the birds singing, the soft bed etc.

Then after your morning 1 hour routine, whoever you meet, wherever you go, look for the positive aspects in the situation - I like this about this person, this street, this situation, this is working out- you will realize that your blessings are soooo much more- keep focusing on that, and your point of attraction will be, more blessings.
