Our adventure begins early in the morning as we leave Halifax, Nova Scotia. The drive to New Brunswick, approximately 300 kilometers, offers scenic views of Atlantic Canada’s lush landscapes, making the journey itself a delightful experience. The anticipation of the day's events adds an extra layer of excitement as we hit the road.
Our first stop is the breathtaking Tulip Festival in New Brunswick. Its more of a kid's place to enjoy - Trampoline, train, ice cream and tulips.
Next, we head to one of New Brunswick’s most intriguing attractions: Magnetic Hill. Located near Moncton, this natural phenomenon has intrigued visitors for decades. Following the signs to the starting point, we put our car in neutral. To our amazement, the car begins to roll uphill! It's an optical illusion created by the landscape, but experiencing it firsthand is both eerie and thrilling. We try it a few more times, each attempt as mystifying and fun as the first.
We played golf and golf and golf as the splash zone was closed, tears :(
By now, our appetites are ready for a treat, and we head to Delhi 6 Indian Bistro in Moncton. Renowned for its authentic Indian cuisine, this restaurant promises a culinary journey. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with traditional Indian decor creating a cozy setting.

After lunch, we decide to treat ourselves to some dessert at King's Ice Cream in downtown Moncton. This local gem is known for its wide variety of flavors and high-quality ice cream. As we enter the cozy shop, the delightful aroma of freshly made waffle cones greets us.

The menu is impressive, offering everything from classic flavors like vanilla and chocolate to unique options like maple walnut and blueberry cheesecake. After much deliberation, we each choose our flavors and step outside to enjoy our treats. The ice cream is rich and creamy, the perfect way to cool off on a warm day. Our next stop is the casino, adding a bit of excitement and chance to our day. As we enter the brightly lit and bustling environment, the sounds of slot machines and lively chatter fill the air. We decide to try our luck at a few games, starting with the slot machines and moving on to the roulette table.
