Very informative. Just wondering about the availability of family drs.

Unfortunately, getting a family doctor will likely be one of the biggest challenges you will face when moving to the area. It could take a few years.

No doctors as they are all leaving or retiring

I am in the construction field I do drywall installation for new built houses. How is it busy? And is it worth relocating from Ontario
@deniseandmarc_realtors7 ай бұрын
There is always quite a bit of new construction happening in the Greater Moncton area including detached homes, semi-detached homes, townhouses as well as quite a few large apartment building projects. So while we can't tell you whether or not it's worth relocating here specifically for work, I think it's fair to say that if you do good work, and show up everyday, you should be able to find work relatively easily.

the cost of living has gone up so fat in the last five years, people are leaving to Quebec and Ontario where they can get more jobs, it is crazy over here.
@deniseandmarc_realtors6 ай бұрын
Totally agree about the cost of living going through the roof, but that's certainly not exclusive to NB. 23,000 people have moved to New Brunswick from other provinces in the last 5 years.

Yup, I was priced out of Moncton myself. Lived there for 2 years before inflation caught up to me and I had to move to Quebec! I miss Moncton but truly can't afford to move back.

Why do you emphasize only the English language in your videos, even though New Brunswick is bilingual?
@deniseandmarc_realtors8 ай бұрын
It reaches the widest audience. If you are looking to buy or sell a property in this area, Marc is bilingual and happy to help :)
