I don't know the layout of the apartment you liked but remember the small bedroom. Would it be possible to use the living room as a bedroom and the small one as the TV room? Can I just say that this is what I love to watch h in a relatable video! you! Please never change keep keeping it real just like you are I pretty much stopped watching all the other moms I was watching because you can see the difference in someone being genuine and someone pretending that things are so perfect in a video I relate to you so much to even video that you had random things in your hand saying I have to find a home for them. I totally got what you were saying. Haha You’re so motivating in the way that you speak whatever you went through in your life that made you who you are today you are doing it positive and something’s gonna change this year for you this next year coming up is gonna be big for you! You are so motivated and it feeds and radiates. It makes me want to get up and just be productive and get on your level. I’ll even put your videos on just to stay motivated getting stuff done fact that you got a calendar because you knew it was gonna benefit you and help you made me wanna do the same thing like what the heck why not do something that’s gonna help me and benefit me in so many ways you’ve done that that you might not even realize hey I see that you have your schedule from when the kids are at school too when you have to pick them up and those hours go by so fast, but it makes sense everything you say! I really hope the last apartment is yours, I too got a good feeling about it. I'm single woman in uk and been trying to downsize 4 years since my kids moved out. We have what's called bedroom tax when you have spare bedrooms and it's crippling me, I get up at 4.30am to walk to work and the government takes a portion for empty bedrooms but I've been bypassed on every one I've applied for. ❤❤

I look forward to your videos everyday!!! I'm so glad I found your channel. Not sure who you have for your gas. But where I live it's people's gas. Before I bought my house 4 years ago. I was renting. Well one day my son and I woke up with no hot water. Come to find out that my neighbor downstairs paid the gas bill for the hot water for her apartment and mine. And she didn't pay her gas bill. Now my gas was being used for my heating. But that was it. I had no idea when I moved in that my hot water was on her gas bill. I called people's gas and they came out and told the owner of the property that in the state of Pennsylvania, it's illegal to do that. We went over a week without any hot water. People's gas told the landlord he had to separate the bills. I ended up having to move bc of it. That's when I said enough is enough and bought my house. Please call your gas company and have them come out and inspect it. I know you're moving but if you can prove that you're paying gas for everyone. You're owed money. Don't let it slide.

I really liked that last apt. Just be careful make sure you make payment physically not online . My friend went to see an apt the guy told her go in its open, n then told her send me you email to fill application. She filled it n then he asked for deposit through cash app $1100 she sent it n it was a scam. Whoever it was knew that the landlord kept that door open for realtors to show it n they were scamming people for money . So pls be very careful

I wouldn't give up on that place where you saw the for rent sign out front. It's a bummer there's no voicemail setup but maybe you could leave something in the door with your name and number saying that you're interested in looking at it. I was married for 40 years but my husband and I were separated for a brief time during the marriage. When I was trying to relocate, I was on the freeway praying to God to please help me find a place for me and my two children. I knew God knew my situation and my needs. I was heading to my sister's house because I was going to stay with her and had in mind that I would make it short-term, as I did not want to feel like I was imposing for too long. Her house was small and she had her own family, she never made me feel like I was an imposition but that was just me. In driving on the freeway I was praying to God to please help me find a place for me and my then 8 and 10 year old. For some reason I thought, I'm going to get off the freeway and turn down some streets which were on the way to my sister's house. I saw a little house with a for rent sign out front. I thought, there is no way I can afford this cute little house. However I decided to call and explain my situation to the landlords. They checked my credit and decided that they wanted to rent it to me even though I only could afford $50 less a month than they were asking. I knew God was looking out for me and my children😘

The reason I slept one night on your parents’ front hallway floor was my lease ended on my upstairs apartment about a day before my new lease was scheduled to begin at a new apartment at the other end of town in 1987. The town is a state capital, so hope that gives you enough information to confirm in your own mind if it was you as a baby in 1987 without compromising your privacy. Your parents’ screamed your name so loud I could never forget.
