Girl, I feel you a 100 %on people staring at you in public with your child has a meltdown Sometimes I feel like just melting into the floor but then I always remember these people don't matter. The only person that matters is my baby. So whenever people are staring at you just focus in more on your kids, it usually works for me. By the way, you're a great mother and a strong woman.

I wanted to add, he probably uses a picture schedule at school to help communicate what he wants/ needs. And also for you to communicate with him in a way that's not just verbal. This can make a difference. Also.. when he does something like be rough around amora using simple a short phrases is best. "No thank you Bubba, safe hands" "Bubba, safe body, safe hands". I don't want to come off condescending.. just trying to help. You may be able to get resources from his school also. Sending you all love.

Liz, I have a grandson who was diagnosed on the autism spectrum when he was a baby. He is now 20 years old, graduated from college, and has a great job. And engaged. He is the most precious grandson anyone could ever ask for. He was my first born grandchild, and special is the right word for him! I love that boy, more than anything. He could ask this Nana for anything and I believe I would move mountains for him. He is that special! Bubba is so precious. He will just need to find his way. I really don’t know how you hold everything together. But girl, you got this! I admire you so much for loving your children and being a wonderful mother. So many kids don’t have that. If anyone talks to you and saying “I’m concerned that you won’t keep it clean” throw your shoulders back and say very clearly “I don’t appreciate you speaking to me like that”. Very calmly. Don’t allow anyone to speak down on you.

Better yet, put shoulders back, give a look to them that lets them know you feel pitty for them, and then slowly turn, and silently and walk off. They will feel like &h!t later when theyll have no feedback, at all, that would confirm to themselves they were right in judging her. (They wont listen to her no matter what she says) so silence and ending the interaction abrubtly is most effective.

I was a landlord for 10 years when i was married.. the guy who had the heat and electrical issues i would not trust!!! That was sketchy you will end up paying for the other person just like he said!!!! He is desperate to rent out the apartment trust me!!! Hello I didn’t get any help when I had 3 babies. My ex was home and refused to help at all. His thinking it was woman’s work. We divorced, I did fine. When the 3rd was born 2 under 20 m. I would lay out blankets pillows and layed by the TV. Baby boy wipes and diapers were next to me. Had snacks for the older kids. Everyone kept pretty still. I didn’t have to jump so much. Had bins of toys to shift around. Your patient and a good mom. Men just make more work for us.

Have you tried head phones for Bubba? It helped my daughter, the noise canceling ones it helps when there over stimulated . Also please becareful with that adorable snowsuit in the carseat it can be dangerous

My great grandson is high spectrum autistic. He is such a blessing in our lives. I know Bubba is a blessing in yours also and your an awesome mother to actually not care what others think. I dont care what anyone thinks either when in publuc. Although not to many bad experinces. He wants to ask everyone, what kinda car do you drive? What kund of phone do you have? A android? Or a Iphone? I use to say baby dont bother these people, but people as a whole seem to be so understanding at his questions.

2 years ago I found myself in need of a house to rent I to have 5 kids everyone I called or messaged about a place said they same things to me ohhh 5 kids wow no this place is to small for u.or oh sorry 5 kids is to many we ended up homeless I had great references and definitely not a pig 1 of my kids has ocd and very very clean.we had to buy a camper and live in it for 1 year until my uncle had a place available. Good luck to u I will pray for u that u find a place for u and the kidsos
