Hey people! Who had a similar problem with this device? my magicawrt, which I recently bought on ali, started working incorrectly. It no longer displays the imei of the watch that I connect to it. Tested on five different watches. And this magicawrt did not start connecting the first time. In order for my computer to recognize the clock, I have to disconnect and plug the cord several times. I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Software is just iTunes, the hard part is finding a downloadable update for each model and size.

Sometimes you have to kinda jiggle the pins so they all make solid contact so that iTunes can recognize it
