@neshlov This lesson deals with improvising over the E7 chord in the key of Am. You can make up licks using these ideas to fit into Minor Swing, but in Minor Swing the E7 is held for half the length of the licks shown here. That's why they don't fit directly.

What about the Dm chord between the 1 and 5? Are you thinking "Dm" and using arpeggios, colored with 7ths and 9ths?
