Aneka "Little Lady" "Japanese Boy" Aplauso 16-01-82

Aneka fue el nombre artístico de la cantante escocesa Mary Sandeman quien en 1981 alcanzaría el nº1 en el Reino Unido con su "Japanese Boy" causando sensación su simpático look oriental :). María Casal presentaba su actuación en el programa "Aplauso" donde ademas de su gran éxito interpretaría el segundo single de su disco, "Little Lady", un tema que alcanzaría los primeros lugares en las listas germanas.

I can't imagine how people born in 2020's and future will treat the 50,s, 60's, 70's and 80's music later on. I mean, I feel like after those years, music started to get "old", paradoxically speaking. Like the creativity has either diminished over time or the good works have already been made, almost like those old paintings from the Renaissance. Like who doesn't know about Leonardo da Vinci and the Mona Lisa? It's like, people look back to those years as the golden age. And I wonder if future generations will continue to listen to the 50s-80s like the golden age of modern music.

I agree, I feel like there's a small number of genres of music that are better now than they were then, & there's been a few genres that have been made in the 2000s/2010s that have been pretty good, but in terms of raw quality/quantity output, and for the most popular genres that everyone knows & listens to, nothing will eclipse those genres in the 50s, 60s, 70's 80's & 90's. It seems that despite a few exceptions, the aura of creativity/freedom for expression & carving your own sound has been lost to time. It's truly sad, really

Todo bien con los 80's la música fue de lo mejor, pero muy pocos artistas tenían los huevos de cantar en vivo y sólo hacían playback. Es como el oro encontrar videos de artistas ochenteros cantando en vivo, pero bueno, la gente de esa época se la creía y lo disfrutaban

Muchas veces eran los mismos programas de televisión que no aprobaban el playback, la BBC es uno de ellos y ha habido casos de artistas que han hecho bromas a modo de protesta por esa política te doy unos ejemplos: - Iron Mayden en German TV Show P.I.T (Cambiaron de instrumentos el bajista y el guitarrista y Bruce cantaba desganado y se retrasaba a propósito) - The Mamas & The Papas en The Ed Sullyvan Show (una de las cantantes comía un plátano mientras la canción sonaba y se veía que no cantaba) - En Top of The Pops hubo muchos casos, como Nirvana que solo a Kurt le dejaron cantar en vivo y la banda con el instrumental en playback, Kurt canto con una voz grave y sin ganas y los demás tocaban muy exageradamente, la banda Oasis intercambio roles y New Order interpretaron la canción de mala gana, la banda Queen también se quejo de eso, pero no hizo ninguna broma, solo dejo de ir al programa. Muchos artistas estaban en contra, no es que no quisieran cantar en vivo, sino era el formato que manejaba la televisión en ese entonces. Sino fuera así, no crees que estos mismos artistas no darían conciertos?
