How he gets the card is easy, he simply forces it with a slip force (a different version of it) but how he paints it I am unsure off. I know i've seen how he does it but I dont remember.

+TheFaarf he always had those cards in the deck, just their back is different. He controls them to the bottom using some false shuffles and then just shows their front. he then simply slides out one at a time.

IDon't HaveAnIdeaForAName I just saw a lot of people asking how it does it (if it was serious or not or just said because they were being decieved I dont know) and therefore I took it upon myself to explain how its done. To make sure people who dont want to know and remain entertained I will add a little magic spoiler in the beggining of my original comment. EDIT: I cannot edit my original comment unfortunately. And by the way, I used magic terms to explain how its done (for example slip force) and therefore the trick will not be spoiled if you do not know what they mean.

I kinda figure it out. 10 of hearts is a forced card. Whether you like it or not, you'll gonna pick the 10 of hearts because he forced you to pick it. How did he forced it? He will ask you to say stop as he riffles the deck but at the back end of the deck his pinky finger makes a slight cut so that he can easily pull up the upper half of the deck where the 10 of hearts is placed at the bottom.

Theres no shuffling at the beginning that happend, when he opened the deck, the deck is already shuffled. The shuffle that you saw is a flase cut and a false shuffle.
