I worked as an actor on quests in reality. Played different roles. Maniacs and psychopaths. It's actually difficult to play your role when people try to make fun of you and laugh at you in every possible way. This man is amazing!

As an amatuer magician I have a fair idea how these tricks were done but the performance was absolutely amazing. He had that audience by the short and curlies and he just wasn't letting go. The judges came close to ruining his patter but he stayed absolutely committed to his role. Picking Amanda as the patsy in his performances was genius, that woman is scared of everything.

This hands down is the creepiest, best performed, best set up & thought out skit/show/performance on any of the "got talent" shows on UK, US or Australian TV by a long shot! He needs to go to the US an get his own show in Vegas and or in Universal Studios! That'd really take his show and skill to the next level and it'd sell out instantly esp around Halloween time! Look forward to his next performances and seeing how creepy and realistic they are!

The producers vet everything like that backstage. They know every single component of the act before the performer even goes on, and they would have washed all the fruit themselves before letting him hand it to the judges

What a fantastic performance! I work at a pet store and recognize the bugs & creatures he used. They're marvelous and beneficial animals. Dubia roaches, small mealworms, superworms, a super-cute rat that was well behaved, and some amazing & beautiful snakes. All safe & non-venemous. Everybody was perfectly safe, including the animals. Very well done! Encore!!!

I wouldn’t say they ruined it at all. Many people react by making jokes with humor, good or bad. I used to work as a scare actor at a famous national haunted house for years. More often than not, people will joke and laugh when they are scared, to cope. It’s perfectly normal.

In a movie they get to have as many tries as it takes to get a great scene and everyone is acting. This guy was the only one acting and it was live if he messes up the act could be ruined real fast. @@donpowers6056 Direction. Each page of that book was the same story but with different words. Then it was just through suggestion (posters, adverts, newspapers) that had the words in bold. These sit in Penn's dressing room or in a shared lounge, maybe in the uber that picked him up. Once he knows the word is one he pushed he just turns to that page. Penn would know this but played along.
