The thought that keeps going through my head is this woman is a star. Not only does she have an outstanding voice, but her amazing personality just shines through as well. I fell in LOVE with Sydney watching BGT on you tube and CANNOT wait for her arrival in the states as I am from the midwest. I hope and pray that she comes over here soon to perform. I will drive a long way to see her live and plan on balling my eyes out as she brought many chills to me spine watching Tommorrow, My Way, and Over the Rainbow many many times. I proudly wept with tears of joy watching reruns.

Sydnie is a gift from God who has blessed her with all her talents and you can tell she is a down to earth family girl who loves her friends and family so much. This could very well be the next Whitney Houston happening right in front of our very eyes. Whitney belted it out NATURALLY and was able to jump from octave to octave effortlessly, and in my opinion, was the greatest singer of all time. I see so much similarly in this performance. It's coming from within her...not just a sheet of music with words on it. Pure, raw emotion in the form of AMAZING vocals. Since Whitney's passing, there's been a void at the top. No one could fill the shoes. I've long believed no one would ever sing at the level Whitney did but..this may very well be the one.

Oh pu-lease! Whitney was all about showing off her vocal dexterity..Sydnie is about delivering the song. Whitney was all Ego, Sydnie is all heart. And btw Whitney's voice was gone long before her drinking herself to death and we have Celine, we have Streisand, we have a whole slew of classical singers. I for one am happy Whitney is gone and hopefully we can get rid of her heritage of a slew of empty singers just interested in showing off and we can finally get fully back to singing with heart and love of the song and storytelling..like Sydnie
