If I go to sleep at midnight, can timer be programmed to go on from 7:20 to 7:40 AM only?

Unfortunately, there is no way to program the timer. You have to turn it on at the time you want it to start.

Only if you have very poor sound insulation and they have good hearing. Otherwise I doubt the sound produced by this little machine is loud enough to be heard through adjoining walls.

Hi Debby. I did one of the headband headphones with the word 'enjoying' a while back - kzbin.info/www/bejne/i2a6pWZjZ6uKa5o There are different versions of those headbands and eye masks though, all using similar components, so the one you've seen might not be the one I reviewed.
