Not presently but you can try Sirv. They provide hotspots, which can contain links, text, images etc: sirv.com/help/resources/hotspots-on-360-spin/

Nice, but i dont know for some reason it seems like its one of them things that look easy on tutorial video but in reality it will take so much time and effort to get it right. If anyone has experience with this enlighten me please. By the way almost 100$/€/£ just for the functions we saw in this video?
