Cloudflare pages is totally free, you can chose a domain of the 3rd level you want. But yes, it’s only for static web pages. But if you don’t need a backend you can do whatever you want. Any design with 100% freedom.

There is a reason that the other ones are free up to a point with what you can do and then you have to pay for certain things. Those are extensive builders that can create you proper multipage, multifunctioning websites in almost every aspect of websites. You're comparing apples to oranges.
