That song is so fucking amazing ! Having grown up in France without my father, I found him 30 years later during a trip to Minnesota. When he left France, I was 3 yo so now I'm 34 yo. I hesitated for a long time to make this trip because I had a certain towards him for having abandoned me in France during all this time. But I understood that was due to a history between adults. My mother tried to ruin my dad's life and so my father had to flee. Now I'm trying to make up for lost time traveling between France and the United States. I try to enjoy every moment of his life because he doesn't have much time left to live due to his heart disease. If your parents are still alive. Enjoy every moment again. 👨‍👩‍👦❤️🙏

This year marks 11 years since my dad passed. I was only 9 when I lost him and as a kid, it never truly processed emotionally until now as I am older. This song is exactly how I feel and made me feel every emotional possible. They told us there was no way to save him even if his soul came back in time, it was his time to go. It makes me angry because he left us all behind but it has made me so siab loj because I never want anyone to go through the pain I-my family have gone through with losing our dad.
