I finally took a gander at the scenarios and they seem like a lot of fun. I also really like the addition of standard III. Apocalypse though seems to be cream of the crop type villain scenarios with his flipping and big form. Looks really awesome. Hope I get the time to dive in soon!

Hey man, I love your video and how I can see everything your doing and that you let us hear your thoughts as you're playing! It has helped me, a new player, learn the game! If I can make one "negative" comment though it's really not a big deal, but the way you have your camera make it look like you're playing on a wall. Is there some way to angle it differently? If not, like I said it's not a big deal :)

I have not. Im not sure how the threat would be in multiplayer, but Magik has strong threat removal options with her thwart event and 3 copies of Basic Spell!

🤣🤣 thanks! Definitely had room to improve here. My key takeaway going forward is to leave the side schemes out until I need to flip Apocalypse and control which form he’s in. He’s similar to Loki in that way!

What an amazing game! Great to see how apocalypse works. He feels like a really good villian. Good challenge but not overwhelming. I may be wrong, but at the end when he got his last Staggering Strength attachment, i dont think you changed him to giant. He would have been stalwart that last stun wouldn't have worked. Did i miss something? It may not have changed the outcome anyway. 😅 Awesome game to watch! Love your content!

I have a rules question; At around 19m Apocalypse attacks you, you block with an ally but your hero still takes the stun. But then at around 30m Apocalypse attacks you, you block with an ally but he doesn’t take retaliation damage. Are both correct? Did you forget the retaliation or should the stun not occur since technically he doesn’t attack you but your ally? What’s the correct rule regarding this stuff because I notice when I play it, I choose the thematic resolve and don’t trigger either.

I believe both are correct. For the first attack, his Staggering Strength attachment is a Forced Interupt so it triggers before the attack. Apocalypse is attacking me, not Nick Fury so I get stunned. Then, Nick Fury blocks and takes the attack. This is similar to Spider-Man’s Spider-Sense where he can trigget the ability as an Interupt before the attack as long as it’s initiated on him. But if he defends for another player, he won’t get Spider-Sense. For the second attack, retaliate is a keyword that is looked for after the attack and it’ll only trigger when the character who has retaliate is attacked, so since an ally blocked I won’t retaliate because although the attack was initiated on me, it did not resolve on me. Hope that makes sense!

I play him that he only triggers with himself entering play because I believe that’s how it was intended, but I could be wrong. Sorry to not have a definitive answer for you!

why don't you play an agressive Cosmo with sidearm+Enraged+Energy Spear+Honorary X-Men to put on him Attak Training. Thus Cosmo is 6 ark/1 ctr/4 life with piercing and ranged without consequential damage.

Cosmo is absolutely broken with Magik! I wanted to focus more on Honed Technique and making her a red mage, but that’s really strong too. Hulk would also be crazy with Limbo.
