Hi Supra, I bought the camera in the ALDI. When I try record, the camera usually shows the message "error file" and I can't record. Sometime records with 30 sec option time (not always), but if I change this option never its work...

Sadly this camera does not have the ability to phone or email its owner when "activity" is detected. Because of this shortcoming they are far from ideal for catching burglars in the act. The wavelength of the LED illuminator is not specified so one can surmise that it will be using the old type LEDs that emit a faint pink glow. "No Glow" 940 nanometre LEDs have now superseded the old type which are apt to give the game away. IMHO these cameras were well overpriced at £69.99 as for less money far better cameras that will phone and email their owner, can be mail-ordered from China.

I also had a problem with the video being set off by swaying bushes. I now have over 100 videos and would like to know if there is anything interesting on them. Is there a quick way of checking them or do I have to struggle through all of them individually? Also I checked settings and can't see how to reduce the sensitivity. Am I just being dense? The pictures are great by the way

How do you arm this camera? The instruction manual is in German. I made my settings in Test mode, then switch it to On and nothing happens.

Hi Eric, please tell us your email address and we will send you the user manual in English. It is correct to make the settings in test mode and switch the cam to ON mode afterwards. The display wont show anything in the ON mode, but the camera is indeed active in this case. Please make sure, you do not set the motion detection to a very long time period. Your SUPRA Service Team

I have a problem with my camera aswell. I have set the recording time from nine o clock in the evening till five in the morning, it only starts recording in the beginning (sometimes it doesn't record at all) later the movement detection doesn't react to movement so it doesnt record at all! I had the same problem with my previous one can you help me out? I instaĺled new bateries so that is not the problem, i would like to record things in my home but at the moment i can't rely on this camera

Hi, I got the wildlife camera lately and I wonder, does it record cars going past?? I had mine set up in an area, where we drove past and it did not record. And it also records useless trees swaying in the wind. I thought it was meant to record wildlife, not every blade moving. I had to spend hours deleting videos of trees swaying all night. Is there a fault or does it record all movement??

Nadya Korinfsky This depends on the settings you made and the speed of the car. In regards to the pictures/videos of the swaying trees - please try to decrease the sensitivity of the motion detection of your cam. This can be done in the settings. Furthermore, which interval did you choose for your recordings?

Hi there supra, I've been testing my Maginon camera that I bought recently from Aldi here in the UK, and it's working very well, except that it's producing an irritating "burbling"/"squelching" sound in the background, very quiet, but nevertheless something that spoils the recorded sound. The squelching rises and falls in pitch, sometimes disappearing, but usually returning. The Maginon also generates a rumbling sound that is present all the time in the background. Is this normal, or is it a possible fault?

Hi, I have these two cameras. And green and gray. I am from Serbia and the cameras were purchased in Austria 4 months ago. I would ask you to help me somehow. I do not know anymore how to configure them. And i need to capture the animals in the forest after a hunter. The problem is that they will not shoot game, while shooting people. Hi Milan! Thanks for your message. In order to set up the camera and choose all the settings you want, you have to put the cam in the "test mode". After having done all settings, you put it into "ON mode". The display will turn black and the camera will be armed - depending on the motion detection settings you have made before. But the problem is that after not making small movements, the movements of animals, while recording the movements of people. Honestly tell me, maybe the cameras were poorly made and not ok. djordjevic milan Hi Milan, ok so in which distance to the objects/ animals you want to capture did you put up the camera? Please make sure there is enough distance between camera and animals! Which time did you set the Motion detection to? SUPRA Service Team
