Goliath was built in 2006 and Behemoth in 2008. Behemoth is also located in Canada.

My mouth is watering. :) I'm a Montrealer but I haven't been to LaRonde for a few years now so I have yet to ride this one. This is definitely my kind of ride. I'll probably drop by next month... the first and second drop angles were nice and steep, looks like a fun coaster more of a straight speed and falls coaster instead of an upside-down-twisty coaster

you know in Canada there is a ride built like that one and it is called the BEHEMOTH. fun rollar coaster and that one looks at bit different then the one there.

@studio13production la ronde is located on a small island so it can be difficult to make bigger coasters

@krazykittie1011 Yeah, I'm 96% sure it is. I've been on the Behemoth, the huge drop followed by several smaller drops, the bow tie then the curve at the end that leads back to the waiting area. Probably made the same ride in two different countries.

This Goliath is 53.3 meters high in Holand is 46.8 meters. This Goliath drop is 52 meters in Holand drop is 46 meters. This Goliath is 110 kph fast in Holand is 106 kph fast . This Goliath is 1231 meters long in Holand is 1214 meters long. So wich one is bigger ?

no, that's Goliath in Montreal. We see the Olympic Stadium after the first climb. Plus, I did it a few times. The best you can get at La Ronde without turning upside down!

I rode this ride at the Six Flags in California. That first drop is a lot farther down. It's some scary stuff. Especially at night.

x2 is pretty painful if your sitting on the outside. viper is really painful no matter where you're sitting.

@ The Sport Champ lol it's the one in toronto is copy of this one (which is a copy from one of the major 6 flags rides, i think it's nitro). they're basically exactly the same. and btw, it's awsome

I have ridden the texas version and I have to say the texas version is different for some reason you go upside down at least five times and it goes fast enough the g-forces pull my face so far back I'm afraid it might catch wind and I'll fly.

This one isn't in the Netherlands, that Goliath is green and purple, not yellow and red, and it says it's at La Ronde in Montreal..

I've ridden both the Magic Mountain version and the La Ronde Version. I have to say that I enjoyed the La Ronde one better. Montreal's Goliath was really entertaining, especially if you enjoy the "airtime" portion of coasters. Meanwhile, California's Goliath was really scary. The drop on it is larger than the La Ronde drop, and it went a ton faster. Basically, SFMM's Goliath is best for those who enjoy the drop, and La Ronde's is best for those who enjoy airtime.

its not WAYY bigger, just a little , in goergia first drop is 53.3 meters and this one is 52 meters, and in georgia is like 130 meters longer
