MaGMML3 - 62nd Place - The Actual Rock Man Normal Run in

For the most part this stage is quite simple. A majority is simple bike movement, some stretches too small to bike you Cable, and there's a lot of waiting for autoscrollers.
I tried to see if you could maybe make the autoscrollers faster by transitioning on an Ice Wall...but no dice.
Tornado Blow is excellent at clearing all the boulders without leaving any debris and activating the Plantforms later in the stage.
I was really unsure what to do in the final autoscroller...you have to activate a Plantform right before finishing and ride the tops up but then the exit is right there and you wanna be on bike...
The boss is the ACTUAL Rock Man. Unfortunately he's way more annoying than our Blue Bomber because a large amount of his attacks render him invincible or practically invincible.
Thankfully one of his weaknesses is Mix Tape, which lets us slow him down so we can take him out with him only doing one attack, even though he has two healthbars. I definitely did not get optimal RNG so this is easily improvable.
This run beats the previous fastest time of 3:58.879 by conductorjbutters by about 35 seconds.
