Instead of Flamedramon evol on game 1 Duc could have swing with Magna X, unsuspend, evolve into Paladin passing to 2 but recycling his own Omnimon so keeping turn with 1 memory, swing security, unsuspend by bouncing the lv3 swing again and then swing with Veemon for game Game 2 is just unlucky, had a couple of games like that at Utrecht too :/

Magnamon player miss the right play first game, he should've used the paladin mode that he grab from the start and return his trash to steal a turn to hit with paladin multiple times

I agree, he got star struck with Magna X and could've easily end the game by blasting into Paladin, returning his own trash and gaining 3 memory cause he had an Omnimon in trash, dude threw the game

Yeah, without Apocaly, I feel like purple hybrid mills itself out before it mills Magna out 9 times out of 10.

That's something I've had to deal with playing Magnamon, bricking on rookies, it happens way more than you expect. It forced me to play more searcher option cards, lost too many games to bad draws.

how did he digivolve off the koji when it was played that turn shouldnt it have summoning sickness since it died and was played again? or am i wrong

He can still digivolve. Summoning Sickness only prevent attacking. He didn’t attack with Koichi

You can use lament of friendship to get it back, which matt can also recycle
