How do you sync up clips with audio in AE? It feels like my pc is lagging quite a bit when I have audio while editing even though I have a pretty beefy pc. It seems like it's a lot easier in Premier.

Tip: change composition settings to 15 fps or something lower and the audio will playback better, you can always change it back when you are finished. And if you are finished using the audio just mute it or lower volume to - ∞
