Awesome. I wish you could use the magnetic film to show the distribution of magnetic fields in both setups.

Very cool. Thats also how LJ potential between atoms on a solids works. like the magnets here cannot be brought any close, atoms in solid cannot be placed very close. Thats why solids are incompressible.

That's a cool demo for magnetic breaking ..

Cool. Can almost visualize the lines of force as they shift to complete the circuit of the field.

What happens if you spin a large magnet ?
@dominicesteban31746 ай бұрын
That was really cool. Thanks! I wonder how two of the bigger magnet assemblies would interact? Would the mutual attraction between two large discs overcome the repulsion of lots of little ones and just push them away around the perimeter?

What would happen if you used a big ball magnet and small ball magnets?

I have a natural attraction to magnets (pardon the pun). What you have demonstrated here might come in handy one day. 😊

Demonstrate a Halbach array please. Now THAT is interesting.

Very strange behavior. If the smaller magnet are attracted by the bigger one, the polarity has to be NS(for the bigger) - NS(for the smaller) then if you place another smaller one near the other two, this has to be also attracted. I’m curious to see the force lines of the three magnets. Can you make another video about this situation in future? Thanks

I was thinking of a 3d version of it. but the 2nd one would need to be also the same setup i assume. also super magnet man has a video of array magnets which made a hole in ther magnet to make the arrays attach better which is serious.

Explains a lot about space and force between moon and earth!!! also where are you from??
@KristofferMyhre-v7b3 ай бұрын
its not the size of magnet that decide the distance. A stonger magnet will have a shorter distanse then weak magnet. so a big superstong magnet will have relativr shorter range then a weak magnet of same size. BUT the big strong magnet will be insanely much stronger at close range

Thank you very much, this experiment make me understand the force interlock between moon and Earth.
