You should arrange a small boat/ or dive and checkout in front of those houses on the left side of the Grasshopper. There used to be bars and a coffeeshop in there where you could sit next to the open window right on the water. Must be some good stuff down there.

N²O (nitrous oxide), not CO² (yes, I know, I haven't written those quite right, I'm not a chemist AT ALL and even if I was and 100% knew the chemical notation, I wouldn't know how to write it on my phone.) Anyway, Nitrous Oxide is pretty versatile stuff. Those metal ampoule things are used for making instant whipped cream. But their presence in an Amsterdam canal (in the Red-Light Area, no less) from which the lads are pulling out spoons, tablet blister packs, dealer burner phones, etc, etc, *rather suggests to me* that the N²O was used for inhalation, given its alias as 'Laughing Gas'! Try Huffing CO² (Carbon Dioxide), however, and it will induce much coughing and spluttering, and very likely, a panic attack. (Large amounts of CO² in the blood can induce the body and brain to literally go into 'panic mode'...) strangely, rebreathing the carbon dioxide in one's own breath by means of a *paper* bag can actually have the opposite effect, calming one down in the event, say, that one is hyperventilating. All about balance, I suppose! And how finely tuned the gases in our own blood *are...* Nitrous Oxide (albeit not in these little bulbs) is also, I believe, used in drag racing to enrich the fuel mixture, ie achieve more speed. Being Amsterdam, again, it may be necessary to point out that when I talk about 'Drag Racing' I am not talking about blokes running about in stilettos and clingy skirts! [EDIT] All this assuming of course that they WERE N²O containers - "whippets" I think they're called? - same as he got in this video. If they were in fact CO² cylinders or containers of some sort in the other video then my apologies!
