I’m here in MI as well. I currently only have a double sided 100lb pull my old lady got me for Father’s Day. I’ve thrown it in Bay City in the Kawkawlin River. Found many lures.

I magnet in Wisconsin and I have a 750 pull but I so want a 1200 lbs single and a double sided 3600 and I want that new one the 360 one u just got I just don't have the money

I found a Winchester Model 62 near here a couple of weeks ago. Needless to say I had much better luck this time in Saginaw lol 🤟🧲

Don't put zebra mussels back in the water, invasive species that need to be left out. They are everywhere, even down here in Hillbilly Land of Arkansas; as far as magnets, I use a 1,225 lb double sided from Muscular Magnetics and the 2,100 lb Brute Dock Buster for my single sided, not much escaping from those two!

@@TheMichiganMagnetMan Like most folks, depends on what/where I'm fishing; can't toss that DB out very far for very long! The MM has brought up more "bang sticks" than the DB but only because I had it first. The DB has brought up more tools & fishing gear because I haven't used the double on piers/docks since I got the big bad boy from Brute to use for that purpose.

I am in Harrison Township / Clinton Township area I use a GRTARD 1500lb I got off amazon and a Magnetar 360 2200lb magnet I am looking to get a double sided as well

When I switched to a 360 I started finding 90% more stuff. I wouldn't recommend double or single sided magnets anymore!

I grew up in Saginaw county,, if you throw off them bridges behind you, you may find some really interesting stuff, & you mentioned going up towards Tawas & Oscoda that is just north of where I live now,, I know a few places that look great for Magnet Fishing,, but I just got my First Magnet,, & I am keeping them secret,, sorry,, lol

I actually live in Flint and I bought a magnet fishing kit last year but haven't went yet because of medical issues.. But I'm completely obsessed with it and I can't wait to get out there and fish!!

Last week sometime I drove up 75 across the Mackinac over to some place in Wisconsin I forgot where. But I did see that the colors were starting to change. My wife had three spinal surgeries and is still pretty messed up so Lumberman's Monument is not someplace I can take her.
