I put my 500lb magnet down inside a deep well to see what I could pull out. For years people have been using hand dug wells to get their water, and sometimes things would accidentally fall in them Or get tossed in to never be seen again (Such as weapons). Just as a suggestion....when you uncap a well you need to turn away ,and step away, for a few minutes to allow for any accumulated gases to clear. Even at that, there are potential hazards from gases in many confined spaces.Stay safe and keep the great adventures coming!

I wanted to tell you that the "rings" you've been finding in other searchers are actually buttons. The fabric wrapped around the ring in a criss cross fashion covering the metal ring. I found this out by watching UK searchers. Just fyi. Dig it all.

Nugget I think I recall you doing this in the past but it would be helpful if you made a video about the tools and gear you take and use while metal detecting. (anything from gloves, belts, vests, tools, detectors, heck even the snake guards you sometimes have on) ive been watching for almost 4 years now and I always have questions about the gear. it weighs a little more but it saves so much time to wrap the rope around a 2x4 or something smaller if you dont have as much rope, never tangles and unravels very fast.

I've looked up these "fishing" magnets on Amazon. I can't believe how expensive they can be - especially since they don't pick up gold or silver - LOL

Dennis White no magnet picks up gold or silver if they did people would be all over these magnets so the chance of u finding any would be slim anyway as it would be majorly popular. Plus not all expensive hints are silver or gold. Also it’s for fun not money. Just something to pass the time and maybe get some little trinkets and stories to tell plus’s it helps clean up trash and debris from bodies of water. The reason they are so expensive is because of how strong they are. They are not you everyday fridge magnet. The cheap ones hold like 500 pounds with some even holding 1200 pounds. That’s why they so expensive
