The thing is that the x axis is for light frequency or emr frequency and the fact that it doesnt start from origin it is so because the frequency of emr is less than that of threshold frequency

the point is that some threshold frequency is used for ejection of electrons on the surface of the metal so at that point kinetic energy will be zero...but at frequency greater that threshold on xaxis will give electron some velocity so therefore kinetic energy will also increase.

Whenever we increase intensity so their will be no change in KE. so, again their will be no change in EMR although wherever frequency is increased so KE will also increase that means KE is directly proportional to frequency and u can say that KE is directly proportional to EMR may be 😅

Abhishek sir, I've a doubt regarding the graph of photoelectric effect. You mentioned that the frequency is assumed to be greater than the threshold frequency whenever sums concerning photoelectric graph is asked. Why can't it also be equal to the threshold frequency? Even then photoelectric effect occurs naa? So, shouldn't it be "greater than and equal to" threshold frequency? Please clarify fast sir!
