@@BurtonsAttic Thank you. I can't keep my hands off it. It was love at first sight and I knew I had to restore it to it's former glory. It leaves an awsome finish, accurate, and super quiet. I have looked and there's no name, maker marks, or numbers on it. I tried looking online and there's nothing really close. A lot of the bolts that hold it together are center drilled like they were made on a lathe. I think it's real old. Would you have any ideas?

I can get pretty close. I'm mainly using it to clean up rough or rusty material before machining, no rust dust on the machine! Also for non-critical surfaces that just need cleaned up, much faster than machining.
