Cool stuff, are you able to use the 246 with the serge modules? If so, is a jumbler required ?

Thanks! Yeah, 246 works fine with Serge. In fact, it's functionally very similar to a Serge Sequencing Programmer. Both output 0-10v. Gates are a bit different but workable. No jumbler required. Just add common ground as usual and you're good to go. Buchla in general works well with Serge. The only caveat being that Buchla 200e modules, which are digital, have no protection against negative voltages so I only use positive voltages from the Serge into 200e modules. Generally that's very simple to do. No inverted signals from the Gated Comparator, for instance, but you can always use a voltage offset to bring negative into the positive. Buchla 200 modules and Easel can handle negatives no problem. Serge is really good to fill in some blanks in the Buchla world. I mainly wanted a Gated Comparator and simple clock divisions, but Infinite Melody and Modulo Magic are also really interesting. One of the main things 246 has over all of that is control over gate length. You can self-patch a channel of sequenced voltages to control gate length per step which is really nice. Both Serge and Buchla also pair very well with Bugbrand modules. I recently picked up a couple Bugbrand DRM2s and PT-Delay to use in this rig. DRM2 is probably the best drum/percussion module out there so they are a powerful addition to my Banana Land rig. 😜
