I just finished watching a THESLOMOGUYS video (they did a practical effect from Superman 2, which had been done in CGI in the movie) and was thinking, it would be great to see of these effects shot in superslomo. One shot they did they had the camera at 200,000 fps. And don't forget Scott at KENTUCKYBALLISTICS, with his slo-mo videos of him shooting all sorts of guns (well, to be fair, that 4-bore of his is pretty much a hand-held cannon).

how about a magnetic copper sheet or pipe levitation track, with active ac maglev coil. ac maglev coil pair should keep the craft inside/outside the tube in position. how about two copper pipe tracks with ac maglev binding to the pipe. but no contact to the tracks.
