See, its not even so much that he's bad at the game. I was about this bad when I first fought this guy (granted I hadn't played in a month since my controller broke but all that really meant was that I forgot that there was a lock on button and even then you only really *need* lock on in certain situations). The problem is that he blames the game for him sucking. Sometimes it is the game's fault. The camera bugs out or a hitbox is really unclear, but 99% of the things that DSP complains about are clearly his fault and if he would just own up to it I'm sure he would have a lot less hate... but also a lot less attention... so that will probably never happen. Sad times.

GSSAGE7 I'm gonna guess something above normal, which is what I beat Armstrong on. He seems to attack faster, but I can't gauge how much damage he does since the guy doesn't get hit. Either way, the section leading up to Armstrong should leave you with a lot of healing items. The main issue with saying that Armstrong's a hard fight is that most of Armstrong's more painful attacks don't come out at weird angles (Monsoon), have rapid multihits (Monsoon) or lack a windup period/telltale sign (Monson). Everything else is not too difficult to dodge or parry since it's really easy to tell where it comes from, unlike Monsoon's smoke stage or Mistral siccing 5 dwarf gekkos on you at a time and the joining in.

@MynameisBrianZX11 жыл бұрын
Judging from Raiden's in-game actions, he's just releasing it too slowly. That's how you cancel a cut in blade mode. I think it might be something to do with his modified controller. I could buy the controller argument if he didn't describe it wrong. He seems to think you just move the thumstick in a direction and then release it. Maybe I'm the one doing it wrong, but I've been playing it under the assumption that I move the right thumstick in the direction that I want the slash to go. I move it left to right, I slash left to right.

At 26:13 was Armstrong talking to Phil personally?

I'm surprised he didn't say his usual catchphrases, like "I couldn't block", "Omg! He was such a scrub", "The game is too laggy, dude", "I'm pressing buttons!", "Whhhaaaaaatttt?!" etc.

At least he said "Nothing I could do!"

Casual gamer at its finest, probably the worlds worst gamer and he thinks he's the best, he just complains about the game. L2P Noob, there is something called... AND INSTRUCTION MANUAL! READ IT! Not the help guide, THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL!
@cruxbucket11 жыл бұрын
if you use a game faq they generally print instructions and stuff that not even the manual tells you.

cruxbucket Here's the deal... Parry is the most basic ability in the game.... there is not only a tutoral for parry, but it also tells you how to parry in the manual. So yeah...
@cruxbucket11 жыл бұрын
Im not saying the manual is bad for basics. lol i was just saying they can tell you about higher lvl moves. also dsp will never get the basics. like ever. honestly most games are the same overall. play with the buttons for a bit and you get it. i really think this guy is a troll.

His ship sailed to doom the minute he won that fucked up PS1 Super Turbo tourney and immediately thought he was an amazing player at not only street fighter but everything else.

Not sure if I can sit through all this. I really wish I could meet Phil. I'd try my best to start a fight with him.
