Magnificent panoramas and villages in Basso Monferrato Piemonte Gravel Ride Testival - GravelDeluxe

Monferrato is a name that evokes hills, elevated villages and inferno, historic wine cellars carved in tufa, Unesco World Heritage Site. But for the many gravel lovers who travel it, it means above all white roads, wide valleys, vineyards and panoramas, with an extension that can only be compared to Tuscany. You leave Alessandria on the new bicycle bridge towards the countryside. Before entering the fantastic Monsterrato route, one of the first Italian events dedicated to gravel, you have to face a sporting test: the climb up the ridge to S. Salvatore Monferrato. From here you reach Casale Monferrato through a rural area and on roads with little traffic.
