Suleiman falls into silence after he decides that Mustafa will be executed. Mustafa gets a call from the military camp with Suleiman's order. Hürrem gets worried about Suleiman's behaviors and understands this is the end for Mustafa. Musafa doesn't want to believe that his father will kill him. Cihangir wants his father to promise to not to kill Mustafa. Sparrowhawk and Yahya of Taşlıca plans a revold behind Mustafa's back. Sparrowhawk realizes the betrayal at the last moment and meets the death. And Mustafa walks in to the marquee.
Suleiman has made his decision!
Suleiman falls into silence of the decision he has made. Hürrem gets worried the way he behaves. Cihangir and Bayezid tries to convince Suleiman that Mustafa has been trapped. However, Suleiman has made up his mind.
At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

Mustafa's clothes on this day is one of the most majestic I've ever seen. The pure white colour symbolising his innocence and purity in front of the darkness of Sultan Suleiman's clothing. Everyone that had something to do with his death was wearing dark colours that day, from Suleiman to the executioners to Zal Mahmud Ağa. If there is any version of it out there, I'd certainly buy it 😂

This was one of the most painful moments of the series but sadly true. I honestly believe Mustafa, Memhet or Beyazid would have been the best choices to succeed Sulieman than Selim but there was just too much a power game going on behind the scenes that benefitted the weakest prince of the dynasty.

If the atrocious dream of Nisa..over throwing & probably killing suleiman while mustafa ascend the throne happened for real,we would have been equally sad...right?? In this situation,only either of the parties only would survive n rejoice while the other one perish. So nothing unnatural( given these circumstances) in suleiman executing mustafa 😎 But the killing of mehmed by mahidevran was handled as if it was not relevant which was not fair for hurrem.

Well, I guess she got her victory. In the end she's forgiven by everyone, her and Mahidevran make peace, in the end she dies in Sulieman's arms. The person I really wanted to see dead was Rustem Pasha, he was the only one laughing and smiling on Mustafa's death. Everyone else was silent and in tears including Hurrem. She even felt remorse for him.
