i wanted to support Hans but he's just so insufferable while Magnus is such a cool guy. Hans makes a clown of himself (blunders) in every interview and even every social media post he makes, this is almost impressive to be this bad at real life. by his actions he turned himself from the underdog to a villain. he blames everyone and everything except himself (e.g. even in his apology video where he basically says "i did something wrong but i'm young so it doesn't count")

@@felixjohnston3402yeah I agree with you I mean we all know magnus isnt cheating and its hans who is cheating for many reasons such as He beat magnus with the black pieces in classical chess which had happened only 17 times at the time. After the game he could not analyse the position without the engine, couldnt explain his moves and even the interviewer seemed more knowledgable than hans. He has a history of cheating online for years and hundreds of games. The security checks werent all that good for that specific tournament. Two of the best chess players have said in a respectful way that he cheated. He had an engine like game against magnus, even though in all the games before magnus in the same tournament he was playing horribly. But most important of all, chess speaks for itself. So yes felixjohnston, I also believe hans is a cheater.

I think Hans will give Hikaru hell actually, its just that Magnus is Magnus and not only plays so solid that you cant do anything to attack him most of the time but can also find ridiculous brilliancies in low time control. Hikaru plays more wild chaotic blitz chess that maybe Hans can make some counterplay out of. Magnus style counters Hans and Hikarus chaotic style, its solid. Solid beats chaos in chess.

@@felixjohnston3402 yeah knowing nothing about his moves was quite evident in the interview after that game. Can you show literally any other young gm like prag, erigaisi, abdusutarov etc., whom Magnus has accused? Why only hans? And he has a history of doing that too. Is it too wild to guess that the opponent is cheating when he has an actual history of doing that? His immature behaviour is a bigger reason for ruining his career than accusations.

Intersting, but too long, going in circles about the same topic for 30 mins... Levy there is an issue at 15:22 with your statement, Hans Niemann is insanely delusional because of one thing you missed, Ilia topuria despite being young and upcoming was also 18-0 beating josh emmett 50-45 brutally and bryce mitchell DOMINANTLY, went on a risky fight with jai herbert but he made sure to not lose, AND WAS ULTIMATELY UNDEFEATED. Volk obviously being the favourite but Ilia had the right to think that way as he was also undefeated, while volk had lost to Islam (YES IN LIGHTWEIGHT) which ilia imo thought that volk was weakened from that headkick meaning ilia didnt face that undefeated volk who beat holloway 3x, he faced the volk that was a shell of his former self. In this case, Magnus Carlsen is not in the same position as volkanovski, HE IS COMING OFF a win on SCC a year prior, won CCT, and also won Norway Chess, yes he has lost some things but cmon man losing in chess aint the same as getting headkicked. Hans Nieman.... LOST TO LIKE WHAT? 3 INTERNATIONAL MASTERS IN TATA STEEL DESPITE BEING THE CLEAR FAVOURITE, DIDNT EVEN WIN HIS TATA STEEL SECTION. He has no right to talk, the only thing he can say is probably "I beat that guy one time" -Israel Adesanya.
