I beleive that Magnus got the drift taxis confused with the safety cars. When there is yellow flag and safety veichles on track everyone behaves at Gatebil. Still it is a wild ride and very enjoyable.

I enjoyed my 3 hrs in line at Rennsport. I took some picture's, some video, met new people, overall lots to stay entertained while in line, but I as in line at the right time and caught the opening ceremony. Plenty of time left for watching (and photographing) the cars, but did that around the track not in the grandstands. I think that the Sally Carrera and Transformers were there for the kids, so for folks bringing their families, there was something for everyone, even the younger kids. I think it is good branding on Porsche part building interest at every age.

XJS V12 Manual ...how do i get more info ? how do i get an allocation ? do i need a v12 manual jag or can i drop of any xjs for the conversion ? and yes i would fancy a conv.

The XJS has the same GM gearbox (T400) as an automatic. It's the same as any Chevy of the era to run a 5 speed. The Brakes you want are the 90s 4.0 V8 x308. There is a guy in Norway, Mobeck Techiske who makes ECUs for the XJS that works.
