I don't know how levi pulled it off, but he found the perfect ballance between short, compact and straight forward but still instructional and detailed at the same time. It's actually a gold mine. Secret to a good power nap is to keep it to about 40 mins. Anything longer than an hour confuses your body. Also just sitting and closing your eyes for ten minutes is good for a small reset if you don't have time/space for a nap.
