Hi, I was the 2000 rated player in the video. Likely a result of nerves, but I was so pessimistic of my position after 6...Nc6 that I had convinced myself that I had lost the pawn despite there being obvious moves like d5 and Be2 to save it. And then as soon as I played Nxe4 I realised the trap... it's crazy how much your psychological state affects how you play.

No Joke Iv been watching this specific series for months now as a sleep aid, like every single episode multiple times now. something about the slower pace, relaxed teaching and constantly changing things to focus on, helps me drift off to sleep so perfectly.

Same here lol, idk what it is but when I wanna go to sleep I just put on one of his vids and am asleep in like under 10 minutes haha. If I have a uninteresting video on, then I just don't even pay attention to it and end up thinking about other things, which keeps me awake ... And other kinds of videos may be really interesting and deep but they require full attention to understand properly, other kins of videos are like funny, crazy, chaotic, and none of them really help to sleep. But somehow these ones are like the perfect thing for it

Oh, yes. Thanks so much levi. Once I just had autoplay on and it got me to your channel, bringing me into the world off chess for the first time. It brought me more places to get banned (im fr, but not for cheating), a nice community, and into a great and strategic game. In about 3 months of grinding and watching hundreds of hours of your channel a week for those months, I reached about 1500. I took a break and casually went down to 1200... then deleted account like 50 times but we don't talk about that.
