Head Tracks made no sense to me growing up, until Bgirl Jkay 47 taught me this way of doing it instead, so I thought I'd share a little more of an in depth look into this move, if you guys and gals enjoy this format let me know what you'd like to see slow mo styled next, much love - Magneto

This is the best head track tutorial on youtube by far! I've attempted this move multiple times, but always failed. I found out in your video that I was treating the beginning like a "pop up" when you roll back, and not like a bridge. This mindset made me use 3 times the energy to accomplish half of the height. Great video👍

Does this move help with using head in windmills?
@MagnusMagneto4 жыл бұрын
Yupp it's the base for using your head for most movements brotha

I found a trick that works for me. I'm a clockwise direction, I just flexed my left leg then boom! Head track/swipe. Haha. But I'm doing a 2 legged headswipe before so I think it helped me a lot.
