Magolor always struck me as more of a tragic character than a villain, honestly. He's certainly no nightmare king or zero two, literal incarnations of evil.

He’s definitely a tragic character, but he did use Kirby and friends to obtain the Master Crown for his own gain, so we had to wait until the Epilogue (or Magolor Soul fight) for Magolor to start showing remorse for his actions.

I’m actually really happy he got to have a redemption arc. I genuinely liked him in the original Wii version, and was really sad how the ending turned out. Of course seeing him in later games and apologize and try to make up for it and be an ally again was nice, but still, getting to go through his actual redemption journey really solidified it in that yes he’s a friend again and genuinely is sorry. Really enhances all his appearances in games that take place after return to dream land now for me personally. That it’s not some parallel version or some dream or imaginary version or whatever where they contrive him being nice again. It’s actually him. And it makes it so much better. Dang you wouldn’t think Kirby games would get so deep but they keep finding ways to get down there. Lol.

@hello_hello_hello948 magolor's a shopkeeper in SKC and wears the same outfit that he does in the epilogue. That means Kirby clash could be Canon. There's also another hint to connect this epilogue to Kirby clash​, the names of the world's starting letters spell out apple. The apples are Super Kirby Clash's currency in that game.
