Author here. Omg, thank you so much for doing this video! And all these nice comments, goodness. I’m overwhelmed! This truly has been a labor of love. I set out to make my own personal dream home, so I’m glad other folks like it too :) Psst…one clicky you missed! You can also set the table downstairs for an informal breakfast by clicking the stack of wooden plates on the other cabinet thing. Also an FYI, the stained glass in the hallway changes to reflect the shrine you choose. And the decor in the secret grotto also changes according to the daedric shrine you build. Hoping to release this very soon, just fixing up a few things and getting my (massive) credits list in order. Thank you again for this video and thanks everyone for all the lovely comments!

There is something for everybody in that house isn't there? Glad Feb showed it to us. Now we both know and you can enjoy it to the fullest while I will be nailing mine shut, painting the wall with garlic-scented paint and hanging a mirror there. I suppose I should have it available if vamps stay as house guests so I can't nail it shut. Ok no nails, lock on the outside should work but the rest of it stays! lol

Indeed a top-tier house mod. I will be moving in as soon as I can get it downloaded because for me it matches a few other mods that are truly exceptional and that have the well-lived in and comfortable elegance of a successful adventurer with a life well-lived. No need to show off in a conspicuous way because the vibe says it all. You have money, you have done a lot, and have designed a house to suit your informal attitude on comfort, your sense of practicality, and your love of clicky secrets. You worry more about making sure that the secret lift is well greased than if the carpets are a bit worn and you like your clutter comfort. Everything does not need to be perfectly placed, it just has to be in the perfect place, which is wherever it is right now until you get around to organizing things.....never. The world-renowned hero, in tatty old work clothes, meets guests at the door, handing them a basket and asking if they could grab a few eggs while the hero weeds the garden. Love it!

Gosh, thoughts…where do I start?? First of all, what a gorgeous home!! I now have a favorite statue, on the side of the home in a lil alcove is the man and woman sitting, snuggled to each other, just wow!! I really love the carvings on the mantles on the fireplaces! Lots n lots of single planters, how fun!! Love all the lil secrets, love the fact that all the water spicket’s work, so many floors and things to do!! The thought and all the work that went into this mod is phenomenal!! Thank you so much for the sneak peak!! Have a stupendous day!!

Wow! What a stunning player home! I love the layout of the home. The amount of detail inside and outside is astounding. The furnishings and decorations are gorgeous. The detailed clutter makes the home feel welcoming and lived in. I like all the activators. I especially like the book and assosciated lift leading to the secret areas. The option to activate romantic décor in the master bedroom is a neat feature. As one who enjoys the in-game books, I love the library area. The artist’s attic is such a unique room! I also love the alchemy lab - especially the organized ingredients. I like the inclusion of the creatures such as the owl and the ravens. The option for decorations is a fun addition. Thank you for showing us this amazing player home!

Sorry I'm just now commenting. You mentioned Laboratory and Maple Manor at the beginning, but you know what? Forget all those awesome houses!! I've fallen in love! Can anyone do magic? I WANT to live in this house!!! I couldn't imagine a better house. I love half-timbered houses and wood paneling. The furnishings, the windows... simply wonderful! The decorations for Halloween and Christmas are just the cherry on top.

This house is sheer perfection! I am not playing as the Dragon Born, I am playing as a nature loving alchemist so I was looking for somewhere secure & cosy with chickens, lots of soils with an amazing view! Maple Manor is way too much for me personally but this is the perfect size and mix between function and style. I thought it would fry my laptop but it doesn't. Thank you so much for featuring this, thought I'd never find anywhere!!!

Wow! Oh yeah, Real Estate Baron is definitely getting this one! I tried Modders Manor but it was just so... too much.. all in one spot, and I discovered quite a few quirks that began happening after I left and returned.. like armor disappearing from the mannequins, etc. I hope this one isn't plagued with that feature.
