It is very important that serious Indic researchers must reconcile with each other about their inferences regarding the exact date of the Mahabharat war. Dr. Mrugendra Vinod is putting the date of the Mahabharat war as 3762 BCE. Dr. Nilesh Nilkanth Oak puts the exact date of the Mahabharat War at 5561 BCE. He is very confident about his proofs. Dr. Vedveer Arya puts the date of the Mahabharat war as 3162 BCE, 2399 years less. So who is correct? This is of enormous importance, has to be resolved first among the experts.

Sorry but I don't agree with any of this date this astronomical dates so contradictory and often gives different dates, and confuse at the same time. Where is the archeological evidence , anthropological evidence, if there was vimanas, weapons like brahmastra, Narayan astra etc there has to be some reminants remain of it how come we don't find anything. And don't tell me that archeology is a western concept ok all most all other civilization has found there history in detail through archeology we Indians are not special that only our history is so mysterious that it cannot be found by any of this method.

Though according to Puranic accounts Mauryas are in 1534 BCE onwards and after wards and not in 2027 BCE . Greek sources never say Alexander contemporary was Dhanananda but Xandramese which following False Sheet-Anchor identification has been wrongly assumed as Dhanananda without any support and in fact all the small details show that it cant be Dhanananda or any Nanda for that matter.. Imagine a dream wherein someone is chasing and trying to hurt you, and you wake up all of a sudden. Your heartbeat is at its peak. In the above scenario, is the dream real, unreal or has it happened? On the physical plane (body) if we measure, only the heartbeat increase is seen. Some better measuring tools can show some brain activity. The question remains as to what has happened and has it happened. Mahabharata is known to have all the knowledge of the Vedas (Universe). So if you take any concept it has to be there is the epic. Let us see if Quantum mechanics is there in the epic. The dating of Mahabharata is an ongoing thing with each researcher coming up with a different date and having some points which support their observation. We see the Quantum mechanics principle of the act of observation affecting the outcome. So has Mahabharata happened? As you keep analysing this, it will make you question "the happening" itself. What does it mean to say that something has happened. This might sound crazy but as said Mahabharata should help us in understanding all the knowledge of the universe and this is a fundamental thing being questioned here. Our understanding of happening is limited and that needs to be corrected so that the question is answered itself. First, we have to be clear that not everything is happening in the physical plane and is visible. A celestial vision is needed to see things. Vyasa had given the vision briefly to Drupada (father of Draupadi) during the discussion if having five husbands is dharma, explaining the story behind it. Let us see an analogy for better understanding. If someone asks Is God there. The answer would depend on their existing understanding of God. That is the reason we have varied descriptions of God and as your understanding grows things become clear. The same has to be extended to happening. As is the case with the dream (happening inside a body) everything is happening within the entity called the Universe.

Else the assumption would be this season is happening in Shravan this time so this must be happening always - so why mention it. @@prabalsinha972 you may read any two or three technical books written during old two times - but read original in Sanskrit with any indian language indian author translation - at least the first 20% without missing any line. you will see that they are better than any of the best scientific journals of today. you need to read some 10 best journals or books of today. you would notice that the technical acumen has kept reducing always. the knowledge base does increase but only in externalised format as book, hard disk location books, which are searchable. technical books are Natyashastra of Bharatmuni, Hora Shastra or Parasharamuni, Sankhya of Kapila Muni, Artha Shastra of Acharya Kautilya, Panchatantra (not english ones) of Acharya Vishnu Gupta, Astanga Hrudayam of Vaidya Vagbhatta, Paninis Sutra etc. Select any one in which you have genuine interest. So the ancients of India, or that matter in China or Americas or Australia, the more ancient the better knowledge they had, contrary to what are taught.. you may start with Indian books to start with..
