Being a regular traveller in Nagpur metro and from the multi layer station , it’s beneficial for students like me to go to my coaching in a cheap price and there are escalators in station and lift too so there is no issue as such with that height of station.

You are right. In India most metro's are built just for easing the traffic from point A to point B. India don't spend much money on latest technology when it comes to infrastructure and beautification unlike China, middle East and most European countries. For example Dubai uses ground level power system for all metro's and most of their metro stations looks like our airport terminal.
