Sir Few queries if you don't mind answering 1- Why Godrej sales team don't show sample flats ? Actually Godrej flat sizes are really small, we have visited there project in Mamurdi and Keshav Nagar, both projects flats are really small. 2- On the same location we have VTP project and the are showing sample flats which is really good, so why we should not go with VTP in same township?

Seems it's Godrej sponsored comment :-).. Sir please check the facts VTP group is not 10 year old but 35 year old brand in industry.. Also they have delivered many projects already on time.. Yes there will be few exceptions and all builders do goof up some projects including Godrej.. Hope you are aware of litigation on Godrej projects in banglore which is built on lake bed.. That project has to be demolished now... Poor flat buyers. .. Also projects delivered by godrej in keshav nagar is one of worst quality.. Few of my friends stay there and they regret the decision going with the godrej project...do check reviews of godrej too... It's a fact real estate agents try to malign each other projects from agent and give fake reviews.. Both good and bad...

@@PropertyDrone Godrej 24 and elements are example of delay. And their flats may look polished from outside but are not worth at price they offer due to very compact carpet area. Also quality is not that great.

what’s the status of 6 lane road connecting mhalunge to highway? I don’t see any progress since last 2 years. Also, there is a lot encroachment from both sides of road when we start from highway towards vtp projects. The way government is struggling to lay down roads in Hinjewadi area i’m not sure how many years will take to construct a proper road connecting to highway.

@@PropertyDrone Builders like VTP and Godrej are fooling people on the name of Hitech city when even basic infrastructure is not in place. Work was supposed to start in 2019, but till now even road in laid properly forget about other facilities. We have useless politicians in Maharashtra who can’t deliver what they promised. One need to visit original hitec city and financial district in Hyderabad to know how they developed it within short span of 4 years. Incompetent politicians(I blame it on all party leaders here) can’t execute such big projects and this is only beneficial few builders to sell their flats with fake promises. Stop promoting builders who are just giving fake promises and no execution on ground.
