Yes Vipin Sir, you said right, MAHARERA is toothless TIGER. I have personally filed complaint against builder in Oct.2020. after consultation failed, from Feb 2022 Till date i have not received any hearing date. And builder said you take the possession from RERA.

RERA is toothless lion whose orders are used by builders as rough papers. Got RERA verdict 3-4 years back in my favour but nothing happened to cheat builder (Like lacs of other buyers). RERA is not more than a soft wall in favor of builders to stop buyers to approach court.

very true this project is fully completed P52600029431 even promoter running his hotel in commercial then why RERA given extension when ask where is CC/OC for residential he said I have extension from RERA and purposely delaying the CC/OC.

I own 4 properties in Pune. (2 shops, 1 flat, 1 NA plot) All propertoes and their completion is equally painful. Builder don't provide clear answers, pressuries for payment. May time, I thought to complain RERA but after hearing others I lost my motivation. Now, I decide not to purchase properties and find another investment option.

As we are facing from 10 years MahaRera is managed by Builders we have evidence and facts if someone can help us we can provide all details to everyone from top to bottom everyone is managed 5:10 Waiting for justice..... Builders fraud SSG REALITY INFRA LLP lonikand pune waiting for project completed from 2014 ----2024. No Action by authority just delayed and favoring builder for making delay PMO India and 3 others
