गांव का घर मत छोड़ो। बाहर जहां रहो किराए पर रहो। महीने दो महीने की छुट्टी गांव में बिताओ। क्योंकि अगली पीढ़ियां कहां रहेंगी, कोई भरोसा नहीं। पैसा भी बना रहेगा, जड़ों से भी जुड़े रहोगे। अगर शहर में घर ले लिया तो एक पीढ़ी बाद गांव से रिश्ता शून्य हो जाएगा। वही गांव का आनन्द लेने के लिए फार्महाउस का चलन है।

कितने लोग 1 करोड़ का मकान खरीद सकते हैं ये लोग उन लोगों की बात कर रहे हैं जिनकी सेलरी 1,5 लाख है गरीब आदमी से पूछो अपने घर क्या होता है। किराएदार की कोई इज्ज़त नहीं है आज के समय में आज के समय में लोगों के पास काम नहीं है किराया कहां से देगा

रियल एस्टेट विक्रेता सपने बेच रहे हैं, सच्चाई यह है कि रियल एस्टेट में बहुत बड़ा काला धन है और फाइनेंसर केवल बाजार के साथ छेड़छाड़ करते हैं, इसलिए अंतिम उपयोगकर्ता अपने निवास के लिए खरीदारी करने में असमर्थ हैं

👉 Emi तब भारी पडता हैं जब फ्लॅट जरुरत से ज्यदा मेहेंगा, बडा, lavish और amenities वाला हो.. यदी फ्लॅट थोडा छोटा, सस्ता और कम emi वाला, बजेट मे हो तो emi चुकाना असान होता हैं. 👉"जितनी बडी चादर, उतने ही पैर फैलाओ"

खुद का मकान नहीं होना गरीब कहलायेगा लड़का लड़की कि शादी करने में परेशानी हो सकती है मकान कभी भी खाली करना पड़ता है। नया ऐड्रस सभी सरकारी डोक्युमेंट में बदलिए परमानेंट पहचान के लिए खुद का मकान चाहिए समय कि बर्बादी, जगह बदलने वाला व्यक्ति समाज में बीजनेस पैसे के मामलों में उतना विश्वास नहीं बना पाता है। लोन लेना कठिन बन सकता है। अपनी पसंदीदा फर्नीचर नहीं कर सकते हैं कलर्स करना सुविधा उपलब्ध करना अच्छी चीजें बसा नहीं सकने कि मानसिकता पानी, बिजली,गेस,सोलार जीवन कि आवश्यकता ज़रुरत के लिए मकान मालिक पर निर्भर होना। समय

Madam shayad aapko pata nahi hoga, black money maangte hain log keval 20% ki baat hai hi nahi. Greater Noida aake dekhiye khuleaam maangte hain sab black money cash paise jaise 2Cr ka plot hai to usme kamse kam 1Cr cash black money registry keval 1Cr pe hoga ya usse bhi kam jitne circle rate hain.

Industrialisation made people unit of production , people would move from place to place to work as mobile society . I think in future people need mobile home rather than stationary homes . That means rental homes are beter choice for travel free mode . Remember world is becoming mobile not remain stationary unlike before .

रियल एस्टेट का प्रचार मात्र है आपने सुविधा के अनुसार लोग रेंट पर रहे या मकान खरीद कर रहे ,कर्जा लेकर मकान लेना उचित नहीं है नौकरी जाने के बाद समस्या होगी,

Rent हर साल बढता हैं, परंतु emi उतना ही रेहता हैं... तो सोचो 20 साल बाद रेंट कितना होगा जो आज 20,000 हैं? 👉 और रिटायर होने के बाद कौन रेंट कां पैसा देगा? बुढापे मे घर कां मालक बाहर निकालेगा यदी रेंट नही दिया तो... 👉सोचो जरा

mere bhai, rental yield current rate pe 2.5-3 % rahegi lekin maine aaj 1 cr ka makan liya and current rent uspe 25k hai, ab 5 saal baad merko rent 70k aane lga to mai apni rental yield to 1 cr pe hi dekhunga plus mera 1 cr vala ghar bhi 2 cr ka ho jayega.. ye kbhi nahi btayenge ke stocks stocks khelne vaale :D jo rent aa raha hai uski SIP krlo :P

ghar khareedke rent pe chadhana tab possible hai jab apki job aur city fixed ho. Full time kaam hai kyunki renovation aur tenants ko deal karna itna asan kaam nahi hai. Koi ladkiyan late hain, koi daroo peete hain, koi bolte job chali gayi rent agle mahine denge, koi khali karne se mana kar dete hain..

एक अंग्रेजी कहावत भी है,बेवकूफ मकान बनाते हैं और बुद्धिमान किराए में रहते हैं। मकान मालिक होना मतलब कई सारी जिम्मेदारियों को ढोना,मकान की देखरेख,रखरखाव और अन्य कई खर्चे भी उसमे जुड़ जाते हैं। क्या ही बढ़िया हो कि रियल स्टेट डेवलपर केवल किराए में देने के लिए ही फ्लैट्स बनवाएं,

Rent pe. Aaj ke situations me apna ghar lena murkhata hi hai. Rent pe sasta comfortable parata hai. Delhi me 30000-40000 me achha flat mil jaata hai jiski cost 2.50 crores hoti hai yani 2-3 percent se km me.

सिर्फ मन बहलाने के लिए सब अच्छा है रेरा वगेर सब है में जिस एरिया में रहता हूं 60% ब्लैक 40% व्हाइट ये हिसाब चल रहा है कितना भी रेरा आने दो . बिचमे टीवी पर सर्वे आया था की महंगे घर बिक रहे हैं सस्ते घर ईएमआई के कारण नहीं बिक रहे हैं क्या समझे? गरीब और गरीब हो रहा है अमीर और अमीर बन रहा है.

Rent pe rehne me problem kya hai akhir, apne ghar se to kam problem hi hai at least, jinka apna ghar hoga wohi hi smajenge. Rent ka ghar aap har 2-3 saal mr change kar skte ho. Apne ghar ko kitne baar change karoge.
