Sir Bangladesh ke rapid growth ka ek reason female workers bhi hai. Kuch years me female participation in industry badi hai. Around 10% jyada. I was shocked when I saw data of India GDP me female ka contribution 4-5% hai abhi bhi. Unemployment me agar female house wife or other ko bhi le to bahut jyada unemployment hai India me.
