As a Maharashtrian I'm disgusted by the way politics is working in Maharashtra today. No one really cares about the welfare. They only want to fill their own pockets. By this statement I mean both sides. Anyone who lives in the state knows the reality. Maharashtra has too much potential but still is held back because of the quality of politicians and their supporters. Not only Maharashtra, I feel very worried about the many problems our other states are facing. Roads and public transport are often in poor condition, and there are not enough jobs for people. Farmers struggle with less rain, water shortages, and lack of proper support. Pollution in the air, water, and land is making it hard for people to stay healthy. States often fight over water and borders instead of working together. Cities are overcrowded with traffic, poor housing, and not enough clean water or space to live, while villages still lack good schools, hospitals, and electricity. Many children can’t get a proper education, and young people can’t find good jobs. Healthcare is costly and unavailable for many who need it. Corruption and slow decision-making make things worse, and natural disasters like floods and droughts are happening more often. Women and children, especially in villages, face safety and equality issues, and poverty continues to affect many lives. We need to come together as a country to share resources fairly and create better plans to solve these problems for everyone, or the future of our nation and future Generations will suffer.
