Hosting Olympics are quite costly and in the recent history we have seen it not generating profits and no long term benefits it will generate employment but that will be for a shorter time, Olympics will bring infrastructure development but we have seen how india works in this department which is fill of corruption, mismanagement and more over we are not a sporting nation yet to utilise all the sports venues after Olympics are done. I think we need to host 2036 olympic for following reasons :- 1) It will spread game awarness for future generations mindset of parents specially and other people will be chnaged and sports will be seen as a career option and priority 2) It will give india a global stage and show its power and will attract more investors, stakeholders which will benefit our economy 3) It will give us many medals as we are host nation which will give athletes confidence, success passion and opening of many institutions, stadiums and infrastructure. Quite a sane video tbh. And I think it was summed up pretty well at the end. Even here in Pakistan, we do appreciate the strengths and efforts of ISRO and the fact that India is a major player in space, automotive industry and so much more. Olympics is a disastrous event by all means, the same money can rather be invested in so many individual sports. Though Pakistan is in no way a position to hold such an event in decades to come; but even if there was ever a possibility, I would have been staunchly against it. Countries like Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka simply go all in for mega corruption in such events. We south asians have a knack for it.

Bhai sabse badi baat yeh madam Olympics mein IOC nember kyu bani hai since 2016 and no one is really questioning her. She has never really supported any player/sports other than Cricket . Bus apne MI Franchise mein hi rehti hai... India need some really dedicated sportsperson as a part of IOC Committee members who is serious about encouraging sports in India and supporting talents. Please correct your information. The Olympics you were talking about that was held before WW2 was the 1936 Olympics which was held in *Berlin* , Germany not in Munich.
